Josh, co-founder of Peak Exteriors, brings over 20 years of experience in residential construction. A 2003 Spring Grove High School graduate, Josh also studied Computer-Aided Drafting, giving him a unique perspective on construction design. His professional passion is simple yet powerful: to make clients feel comfortable and happy with their projects. Josh's commitment to customer satisfaction drives him to go above and beyond, ensuring that each client's experience with Peak Exteriors is positive and memorable.

In his personal life, Josh is a family man who draws inspiration from his wife, Stephanie, and their two daughters, Caylee and Brooklyn. His hobbies include golf, dirt biking, and listening to motivational videos. Josh's approach to life and work is guided by a positive mindset and a strong belief in focusing on solutions rather than problems. This attitude is reflected in every project he undertakes, making him a reliable and trustworthy partner for your exterior construction needs.

Tim Hinsche

Co-founder of Peak Exteriors LLC, Tim has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Growing up in Carroll County, Maryland, Tim began working in construction during his school years and quickly developed a passion for the trade. A South Carroll High School graduate, Tim immediately entered the workforce and has enjoyed a fulfilling career ever since. His favorite aspect of the industry is the opportunity to help people and see a finished product come to life daily.

Tim is also a CrossFit coach and athlete, co-owning Strength United CrossFit in Hanover with his partner and wife, Jennifer Derienzo. His love for fitness parallels his passion for construction—both involve dedication, hard work, and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals. Tim's enthusiasm for his work is evident whether he's on the job site or in the gym. His favorite activities include exploring the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and exploring new places like Montana. Tim's dedication to providing top-notch service in exterior construction is unmatched, making him a pillar of the Peak Exteriors team.

Stephanie, Josh's wife and an integral part of the Peak Exteriors team handles the day-to-day activities that keep the business running smoothly. A full-time realtor licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland, Stephanie's caring and energetic approach ensures that every client receives excellent service. Her background as a three-sport athlete at Delone Catholic and collegiate volleyball player at Gettysburg College speaks to her determination and work ethic. Stephanie's dedication to her family and career is in everything she does, striving to show her daughters that hard work leads to success!

Jennifer Derienzo

Jennifer, a graduate of Spring Grove High School and Duquesne University, brings her background in pharmacy and her love for organization to the Peak Exteriors team. As a mother of six, Jennifer excels at managing busy schedules and paying attention to details—skills that translate seamlessly into her role at Peak Exteriors. New to the construction industry, Jennifer's enthusiasm for productivity and commitment to providing a great customer experience make her a valuable asset to the team.
